Availability of Products
All product orders are accepted subject to availability. In the event of supply chain disruptions or stock depletion, we reserve the right to offer substitute products of equal or greater quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutions.
Refusal to Process an Order

Delivery And Acceptance
Once the order has been placed, Ein Ghein or its shipping agent will provide you with an estimated date of delivery. Ein Ghein will strive to deliver your order on or near the estimated date provided. Please note that this date is subject to change and is for guidance only.
Ein Ghein or its shipping agent will contact you to book a date for delivery using the details that you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure proper access for the delivery of the order.
For goods being delivered by a third-party shipping agent, the shipping agent must have the original receipt(s) and thoroughly check and acknowledge the condition of all items.
For goods being shipped to a non-KSA address, additional shipping fees may apply. Please consult an associate from Ein Ghein for further details.
All goods must be carefully inspected, and any damage must be reported immediately. Any manufacturing faults must be notified to Ein Ghein within 7 days of receipt of goods. We reserve the right to cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household, or order.
These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, or the same credit card. In the event that we cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Inability To Deliver Delivery Attempts And Safe Place
If delivery of your order is not possible at the designated address, we will undertake reasonable efforts to locate a secure location for leaving the order. If a secure location cannot be identified, your order will be returned to our warehouse. In all cases, a notification will be left at the delivery address, informing you of the order's location and the steps necessary for re-delivery.
Unsuccessful Delivery Due To Customer Absence
Should you be unavailable at the agreed-upon delivery time, you are obligated to contact us to reschedule delivery for another convenient date.
Order Cancellation And Refund
If, following a period of fourteen (14) days from the date your order is available for delivery, said order remains undelivered for reasons solely attributable to you (the customer), we shall be entitled to presume your intent to cancel the order. Upon such cancellation, this agreement will be terminated.
Return Of Payment And Additional Costs
Following order termination, we will promptly refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges.
Return Shipping Costs
Please be advised that any transportation costs associated with the return of your order due to order termination may be charged to you.
Payment And Refund
Ein Ghein accepts payment by credit and debit cards. All refunds will be done by reverting to the same original payment method.
Legal Effect
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is declared illegal or becomes unenforceable, the remaining terms will not be affected and will continue to be in force. These Terms and Conditions shall be ruled and governed by the Laws of Riyadh and the Federal Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Unless agreed otherwise in writing by Ein Ghein and you, these Terms and Conditions precede over any other Terms and Conditions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Parties shall attempt to settle disputes amicably prior to initiating legal proceedings.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall attempt to resolve such dispute amicably through negotiations. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution within [Number] days of commencing negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Saudi Arabia. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or offer to sell any content or designs without our express written permission.
