These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping

Our shipping covers all cities in Saudi Arabia and all GCC countries, with costs that vary based on the size of your order. We also have international shipping to all countries except for Libya, Syria, Yemen, Iraq, and Iran. Local shipping costs depend on the city you are shipping to within Saudi Arabia. Choosing to pay cash upon delivery will also affect the shipping cost within Saudi Arabia. Costs for international shipping will vary depending on the country you are shipping to and the size of your order.

3. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Time within KSA is 2–4 working days, and a variable duration of 4–7 working days for GCC countries.
  • Dispatch Time Orders are usually dispatched within the second business day of payment of an order.
  • Our warehouse operates on weekdays (Sunday – Thursday). In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

5. Change Of Delivery Address

6. Items Out Of Stock

The website will indicate if an item is out of stock. However, in the case of any discrepancy between the website and the warehouse, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and refund you for the balance amount of the out-of-stock items. We will also notify you about the items’ availability if they are back in stock.

7. Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we look into the matter and support you as soon as possible.

8. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

9. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you receive a damaged parcel in transit, please get in touch with our customer service immediately by email info@ein-ghein.com, or WhatsApp +966535980823, within no later than 1 day from the day of receipt of your order, and we will solve the problem for you by either refunding you the order amount, or replacing it for you, after receiving it back in our warehouse.

10. Duties & Taxes

  • Sales Tax: KSA Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

11. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

12. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
